📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where does toptrees ship? We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing Time: Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process, pack, and hand off to the carrier.

Transit Time: Once picked up, shipping generally takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your address.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes! As soon as your order ships, an automated email with tracking information will be sent to your inbox.

🛡️ Products & Authenticity
Are your TCG products authentic and original? Yes, 100%. All of our booster boxes, tins, collection sets, and packs are guaranteed authentic and factory-sealed.

Do you weigh, search, or tamper with booster packs? No, never. As collectors ourselves, we strictly oppose pack weighing, searching, or manipulation. Every customer gets an equal, unsearched, and fair chance at pulls.

⏳ Pre-Orders & Mixed Orders
When am I charged for a pre-order? Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout to secure and guarantee your reservation.

What happens if I order an in-stock item with a pre-order item? By default, we hold the entire order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened, unused items with factory shrink-wrap and seals intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

Can I return a TCG product if I've opened it? No. Once the factory seal, shrink-wrap, or tape has been broken, the item is non-refundable. This policy protects our stock and guarantees all collectors receive untampered products.

How long do refunds take to process? Once approved, refunds take 7 to 10 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
